Not everyone needs a fully reconditioned car with all the bells and whistles. We created the Monkey Lot because we are driven by value. Here is exactly what to expect from our inventory:

  1. Mechanically Functional: Every vehicle starts, runs, and drives (unless clearly marked otherwise), with basic oil and coolant checks completed.
  2. Perfectly Imperfect: Expect cosmetic flaws, mechanical quirks, high mileage, or a colorful vehicle history.
  3. Sold 100% As-Is: No warranties, no fluff, and no promises beyond pulling off the lot.
  4. Mechanic Friendly: We heavily encourage you to bring your own trusted mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you buy.
  5. Full Transparency: If a vehicle needs major repairs, it will be boldly labeled as a "Mechanic’s Special."


THE RULES OF THE LOT

To keep our prices so low, we keep our buying process straightforward, honest, and strictly local.

  1. In-Person Negotiations Only: We love a reasonable offer, but we don't haggle over the phone, via text, or online. Come in, drive it, and then let's talk.
  2. No Sight-Unseen Sales: For your protection and ours, we require you to see and test-drive the vehicle in person before purchasing.
  3. Local Buyers Only: We do not ship Monkey Lot vehicles, and we strongly discourage traveling from out-of-town for them. These are budget, as-is vehicles that need to be evaluated in person.
