Financing: You get the same transparent price whether you finance with our preferred lenders, use your own bank, or pay cash. Monthly payments shown on listings are ESTIMATES ONLY based on approved credit; final terms must be verified with the dealership.

Condition & Inspections: Odometer readings are recorded at acquisition and may increase slightly due to test drives or transport. We welcome independent Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPI) at the buyer’s expense. Driven is not responsible for typographical errors, omitted features, voided factory warranties, discrepancies in third-party history reports (e.g., CARFAX), or guaranteeing additional keys/owner’s manuals.

Payments: For in-person transactions, we accept Cashier’s Checks, Bank Checks, or Cash. Personal checks and wire transfers must fully clear verification before vehicle release (Driven is not responsible for bank processing delays). For out-of-state buyers not appearing in person, Wire Transfer is the strictly required form of payment.

Safety Recalls: Some vehicles may have unrepaired safety recalls. Please check the NHTSA Recall Database with the vehicle’s VIN prior to purchase.
