Driven is not responsible for typographical errors, omitted features, voided factory warranties, discrepancies in third-party history reports (e.g., CARFAX), or guaranteeing additional keys/owner’s manuals.

Payments: For in-person transactions, we accept Cashier’s Checks, Bank Checks, or Cash. Personal checks and wire transfers must fully clear verification before vehicle release (Driven is not responsible for bank processing delays). For out-of-state buyers not appearing in person, Wire Transfer is the strictly required form of payment.
